We have three of Canada’s Top Team Canada Medal Winners and a Medal Winning Member of Team Ireland to teach the same “secret moves” they used in their training and to deliver a positive Life Message to the Champions.
 

Where: Parkview Sports Clubs of Canada at 250 Ferrand Dr. (down stairs studio):

(located S/E of Eglinton and Don Mills .. go South on Don Mills from Eglinton, then take your 1st left, go to end of road to a 3 way stop, take a left, then right into the parking lot.  Parking is free.  Go up steps in main building, through glass doors, then left to reception.)

 

When:  Saturday Sept 15th 1:00 - 4:00 PM (downstairs studio)

 

Who may attend: White belts 2nd strip (half way to Yellow) and up. Students must provide their own sparring gear - this can be purchased from KickSMART at a discount (students should also get a hockey cup guard and a tooth guard - available from Canadian Tire.) email martin.doherty@kicksmartworkshop.com  to reserve your sparring gear.

 

Format: Different sparring styles will be covered: Kick Boxing, Karate and also ITF TKD.

 

Includes: drills, combinations, strategy & conditioning followed by sparring..

 

Cost: $10 at the door.  Includes Pizza and Drink after.
