Tech4KIDZ™ Weekly Theme … Wild Creatures

The NEW NXT Robot has just arrived!  Just in time, too!  The Wild Animals of the Toronto Zoo have escaped and are roaming the streets of Toronto! The campers must build, program and assist the RXT robot to capture and bring the animals safely back to the zoo!  We are the only ones in Canada with the NXT!

 

Also - Renewable Energy Projects!	Just a few of the Missions & Events:
	Wild Creature Escape! Build solar and wind powered gadgets Music Video – Battle of the Bands KickSMART Rocket Launch Build City Toronto City Zoo and downtown core Mission is expected by Sergeant Preston of the North West Mounted Police (and his dog King J ) to find toxic waste spill Mission is expected by the Shaolin Buda Monks to recover the Golden Dragon

Daily Calendar:  Monday – Friday

 ·        8:30 AM (for extended hours) or 9 AM drop off

 

Karate4KIDZä:

·        Orientation and Introductions – 9– 9:30 AM

·        Martial Arts Warm up, Training and Games – 9:30AM – 11:30

·        11:30- 12 PM - 30 minute movie clip

*12 PM-1 or 1:30 PM: Lunch and Splash Fun @ Pottery Park on Merton St (between Bayview & Mt. Pleasant) South Side

 

Tech4KIDZä:

·        1:30 PM – Back to Club, review Hands on Tech/Science and Nature Mission(s) of the day

·        *1:45 – outside – Start Mission

·        2:30 – 4 PM - inside – Complete Mission

·        4 PM (to 5:30 PM for extended hours) - pickup
